The city

What to expect from Rio Acima.

Rio Acima preserves the Matriz de Santo Antônio and the old railway station in a town shaped by mining history. The Cachoeira do Viana and the Área de Proteção Ambiental do Mingu add natural scenery to the municipality. On the Sabarabuçu route, the town center can be combined with a selected rural outing.
