- Parque da Estação The park is laid out around the railroad station opened in 1909, a building listed as a municipal heritage site. The tree-lined lawn has benches and a playground and hosts events throughout the year.
- Morro do Calvário At the top of the hill stands the Igreja Nossa Senhora das Dores, reached by a path lined with the Stations of the Cross. The site hosts the final scenes of the annual Passion of Christ reenactment and has a panoramic view of the town.
