Cachoeira do Pedregulho (waterfall), also called Cachoeira do Furlan, is in the rural area of Castelo, about 21 km from downtown. It is a tall fall that drops down a large rock wall surrounded by forest, in a region of small farms and mountains.

The waterfall is on the Furlan family's property, which welcomes visitors. The site has a camping area and is well known among adventure sports fans, especially for rappelling down the rock wall.
