The city
Capital of Arkansas, on the banks of the Arkansas River. It is the city of Central High School, where the 1957 school integration became a landmark of the civil rights movement, and of the Clinton Presidential Center. The River Market neighborhood, the old state capitol, and the pedestrian bridges over the river concentrate the visits.
