The city

What to expect from Fort Worth.

The city where the West begins, about 50 km from Dallas. The Stockyards preserve the cattle pens from the cattle-drive era, with a longhorn cattle parade through the streets and rodeos on weekends. The cultural district brings together the Kimbell by Louis Kahn, the Modern by Tadao Ando, and the Amon Carter, of American art, and downtown has Sundance Square.
