The city
The largest city in Maryland, an old port on the Chesapeake Bay. The Inner Harbor brings together the National Aquarium, historic ships and a waterfront promenade; Fort McHenry recalls the 1814 battle that inspired the national anthem. Fells Point has cobblestone streets along the water, and the Mount Vernon neighborhood houses the Walters Art Museum.
