About Spa Park of Trenčianske Teplice
The Spa Park (Kúpeľný park) occupies the bottom of the narrow valley where Trenčianske Teplice sits and wraps around the spa’s bathhouses and hotels. It was laid out in the style of romantic English parks, with open lawns, groups of trees, winding paths and a small lake.
The park grew along with the spa in the 19th century, when the Sina family invested in new bathhouses and leisure spaces for guests. Scattered among the trees are pavilions, benches and sculptures, and the spa’s main avenue runs alongside, linking the park to the springs and the hammam.
Marked trails lead from the park’s edges up the slopes of the Strážov hills to viewpoints over the valley. It’s a short walk that pairs well with a visit to the hammam and a break at one of the cafés in town center.
The park is open as a public space and is used by residents and guests year-round.
