About Tatralandia
Tatralandia is the largest water park in Slovakia. It opened in 2003 in Ráztoky, on the north shore of the Liptovská Mara reservoir, about 4 km from Liptovský Mikuláš centre. The pool water comes from a thermal source tapped at about 2,500 metres depth.
The complex has outdoor pools, slides and an indoor area called Tropical Paradise, which operates year‑round with constantly warm water and air. There is also a sauna sector. In summer the outdoor area receives most visitors; in winter the outdoor thermal pools and the indoor zone attract those who come to ski in the region.
The park sits next to a chalet village and other leisure attractions, and the view opens onto the reservoir and the Liptov mountains. It’s a plan for rainy days or to rest after hikes and skiing. Admission is charged separately; check the current price list.

Tip
Bring flip‑flops and a towel. If you plan to spend the day, arrive at opening time: on summer weekends queues form early.
