About SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast

SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast is an aquarium dedicated to marine animals, on Parkyn Parade beside Mooloolaba Harbour. It operates in the place of the former UnderWater World, one of the region’s oldest aquariums.

The best-known attraction is the 80-meter underwater tunnel, where visitors walk beneath sharks, rays and schools of fish. Other zones showcase coral reefs, jellyfish, seahorses, turtles and penguins.

Seals and sea lions take part in shows during the day, and keepers explain feeding and animal care. There are touch tanks for children.

Entrance is paid; check the current price list. Tickets bought in advance online often have a discount.
