The city

What to expect from Camogli.

Camogli is a fishermen’s village on the west side of the Portofino promontory, facing the golfo Paradiso. Tall, colorful houses, many with painted window frames and decorative details on their facades, line the pebble beach. At the tip of the harbour, on the former islet, are the Basilica di Santa Maria Assunta and the Castello della Dragonara. Boats to the bay of San Fruttuoso depart from the port.
