From Cabo San Lucas it is about 75 km via Highway 19, roughly an hour; from La Paz, also about an hour. The nearest airport is Los Cabos (SJD) or La Paz (LAP). Buses run in both directions.

One day as a round trip from Cabo San Lucas; one or two nights for those who want the village pace and the surf beaches.
When to go
November to May, with mild days. Whales typically pass offshore from December to March. Summer is hot and humid.
