How to get there

Approximate road distances. Check flights and bus schedules before you travel.

From Nadi International Airport it’s about 50 km, roughly a 1-hour drive or transfer via Queens Road and the Maro road. There are local buses along Queens Road to the road entrance, but a car or taxi is more practical.

How many days

One day at the beach, or two nights for those who want to relax on the Coral Coast near Nadi.

When to go

From May to October days are usually dry, and southerly swells sometimes make larger waves at the bay’s headland. From November to April it’s hotter, rain comes in showers and there is a cyclone risk.

The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.

Do you need a car?

Help: the beach is off Queens Road, at the end of a secondary road. You can also get there by taxi or transfer from Nadi and Sigatoka.
