How many days
Two or three days: one for the boat tour of the bays, one for La Entrega and snorkeling, and one to relax on a beach.
When to go
From November to April the sea is usually calmer and the skies clearer. From June to October there is more rain and the forest turns green.
The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.
Do you need a car?
It’s not mandatory. Taxis link La Crucecita to the bays, and boats depart from Santa Cruz marina. A car helps for more remote beaches.
