The city

What to expect from Kamieskroon.

Kamieskroon is a small village on the N7, at the foot of the Kamiesberg mountains, about 65 km south of Springbok. It is the gateway to the Skilpad area of Namaqua National Park, about 22 km away, where former wheat fields are covered with orange daisies in the flower season. Around the village, granite hills and dirt roads also tend to bloom between August and September.
