How to get there

Aeropuerto Internacional de Cuernavaca (CVJ) 20 km
Terminal de Autobuses Pullman de Morelos (Casino de la Selva) 2 km

Approximate road distances. Check flights and bus schedules before you travel.

Confirm before buying. Arrival is usually via Mexico City airport (MEX), with direct buses to Cuernavaca in about an hour and a half. Cuernavaca airport (CVJ) has few flights.

How many days

One day for the center; half a day more for Xochicalco.

When to go

All year round, because of the mild climate. From November to May, during the dry season.

The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.

Do you need a car?

Not for the center. For Xochicalco, car, taxi or tour.
