About Vila Encantada Parque dos Dinossauros
Vila Encantada is located in downtown Pomerode, next to Zoo Pomerode. It is an experience park for families with children, where almost everything is meant to be touched, climbed on and explored. The main theme is dinosaurs, but the park is divided into villages, each with its own play area.
In the Dinosaur Village, life‑size replicas, highlighted by a Tyrannosaurus Rex, are placed along a path. The Paleontologist Village offers fossil digs, and the Baby Village is made for the little ones. The other villages, such as Adventure, Insects, Pirate and Robotics, each have their own theme.
The busiest attraction is the Net Park Adventure: three levels of suspended nets to climb and cross, exiting by a 7‑meter slide. There is also a 25‑meter slide. In much of the park children play barefoot, and there are resting areas for adults. Some activities have age and height rules posted at each entrance.

Between 3 and 5 hours. Families with small children often spend the whole afternoon.
Best time
Open year‑round, and much of the activities are outdoors. From December to March there are afternoon showers; in winter, from June to August, mornings are cold. Weekends, school holidays and the Festa Pomerana period in October are the busiest times. Check opening days before you go.
How to get there
It is located on Hermann Weege street, in downtown Pomerode, next to Zoo Pomerode. Pomerode is about 30 km from Blumenau via SC-418; the nearest airport is Navegantes. There is parking in the zoo area.
Tip
Bring socks and a change of clothes for the children, who play barefoot and get dirty in the dig site. Combine the visit with Zoo Pomerode next door, or with Alles Park in the same center.
