The city

What to expect from Las Terrenas.

Las Terrenas is the liveliest town on the Samaná Peninsula, on the north coast, with colorful houses, restaurants, bakeries and cafés influenced by French and Italian immigrants. It has a beach in the center, next to the Pueblo de los Pescadores, and to the west the long Playa Cosón, as well as Playa Bonita. The El Limón waterfall is about 20 minutes away.
