When to go

In Rijeka, April to June and September are usually mild. Summer from June to August has long, warm days; from December to February winter is typically wet and windy with short days.

The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.

Do you need a car?

Walk around the center and use buses to reach Trsat. A car can help when exploring the region, but it is not necessary for the Korzo.
