Approximate road distances. Check flights and bus schedules before you travel.

Confirm before purchasing. KTT airport allows continuation by road to Sirkka, Ylläs or Pallas. Check the flight connection with the transport for your chosen base.

How many days

Five days leave room for arrival and visits distributed across the three sectors, without requiring the same activity in each.

When to go

From December to February the cold and short days usually limit time outdoors. In June and July daylight often extends through the night.

The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.

Do you need a car?

A vehicle makes it easier to combine the sectors. To stay based at a sports hub, local transport and transfers can serve, subject to operator confirmation.

    Head to Sirkka and confirm access to your chosen activity in Levitunturi.

    Upland and activity

    Devote the period to the reserved discipline or to a route available at the resort.

  3. Late afternoon
    Return to base

    Return to the service hub, avoiding adding the road to Ylläs at the end of a full day.

  4. Evening
    Overnight between sectors

    Have your meal at the base and check the starting point of the next day's outing.
