One day in Finnsnes
  1. Morning
    Tungeneset

The Tungeneset viewpoint sits on a promontory between Steinsfjord and Ersfjord on Senja's outer coast. A wooden boardwalk follows the rocks and frames views of the sea and the row of Okshornan peaks.

  2. Afternoon
    Bergsbotn

Bergsbotn is a viewing platform above the village of the same name on Senja's scenic route. The structure juts out over the hillside and frames the Bergsfjord, with inhabited areas on the shore and mountains surrounding it.

  3. Late afternoon
    Ersfjordstranda

Ersfjordstranda is the light-sand beach at the head of Ersfjord on Senja's outer coast. The shoreline's arc is ringed by mountains and is part of the scenic route along this section of the island. The visit can be a short walk along the fjord's edge.

Check before you go. Opening hours and days change, and places may close for renovations, holidays or events. This itinerary is a suggestion from Cidade Turismo, not a commitment: plan yours by checking directly with each place you intend to visit.
