Rovaniemi is the administrative center of Lapland and one of the gateways to northern Finland. Arktikum presents Arctic science and regional history, while Korundi combines an art museum with musical performances. Alvar Aalto’s library adds an architectural visit in a functioning public building.
Outside the center, Joulupukin Pajakylä organises Christmas-themed activities at the tourist marking of the Arctic Circle. The transfer requires separation from the urban walk. Ounasvaara lets you extend nature routes depending on the chosen activity and season.
