The city
The only village of the Los Roques archipelago and the capital of the Federal Dependencies, on an island of about 3 km with rocky hills on the north side and a beach on the south side. The streets are sandy, the colorful houses have become guesthouses and there are no cars circulating. The runway is by the beach, and boats to the cays depart from the pier. On top of the hill is the Faro Holandés.

A group of three cayos northeast of Gran Roque, Francisquí de Arriba, del Medio e de Abajo, with white sand beaches, a natural pool protected by the reef and shallow corals for snorkeling.
Cayo at the western end of Los Roques, about an hour by boat from Gran Roque, known for the white sand spit that crosses the shallow water and connects two cayos. The name comes from the island's freshwater wells.
