How to get there
-

-
Terminal de Ómnibus de Mendoza Guaymallén · 19 km
Approximate road distances. Check flights and bus schedules before you travel.
Air arrivals are via MDZ, in Las Heras, about 29 km by road from the city's main square in Luján. From downtown Mendoza it's approximately 21 km. The regional bus terminal of Mendoza, in Guaymallén, is an alternative for those arriving by coach; after that you'll need local transport or a transfer.
How many days
Two days split the trips: one for Chacras de Coria and the winery in Perdriel, another for Cacheuta and Potrerillos. If you're staying in Mendoza, choose one of those routes for a day visit.
When to go
Between March and April, the wine circuit often coincides with the harvest and the start of autumn. From October to November, milder days usually favor walks in Chacras. December to February can be hot in lowland areas. From June to August, bring warm clothing for the mountain valleys.
The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.
Do you need a car?
Wineries, Chacras and mountain sections are separated. A car with a driver or a transfer makes it easier to combine reservations, especially if there are tastings. Buses serve some of the districts but are not equivalent to door-to-door transport between visits.
