About Circuito Superior
The Upper Circuit runs along the upper part of the falls in Parque Nacional Iguazú. The walkways follow the environment above the falls and show how the river's arms reach the rocky edge. It is a way to view the waterfalls from a position different from the lower circuit.
The published route is approximately 1,850 meters, one-way, and the official description does not include stairs. The sequence goes through stretches of forest and viewpoints facing the canyon. The falls are close to the structure, but the visit should follow only the passages designated for visitors.
Bring water and rain protection, considering that heat and humidity increase the need for breaks. From April to September temperatures are usually more moderate; from October to March heat tends to be more intense. The river's flow varies, and the open paths should be checked before planning the day's itinerary.
