About Cerro Catedral
Cerro Catedral is located west of Bariloche. The rocky ridges gave the mountain its name; it brings together ski and snowboard runs and a village at the foot of the slopes. The base concentrates schools, equipment rental and places to eat.
Riding the lifts is a way to experience the mountain without skiing. At higher elevations, lakes Nahuel Huapi and Gutiérrez appear between the ranges when visibility allows. For those planning to learn a snow sport, a lesson takes up a significant part of the visit.
