How many days

When to go

From April to October, when sightseeing boats usually run and the esplanade is lively. The Caves St Martin typically welcome visitors from mid-March to mid-December. The harvest in September and October brings wine festivals to the villages.

The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.

Do you need a car?

You don't need a car for Remich itself, the esplanade and the Caves St Martin, which are about a 15-minute walk from the centre. Buses run to Schengen and Bech-Kleinmacher. A car or bike is useful for exploring the Route du Vin and the wineries.
