The city

What to expect from Monterosso al Mare.

Monterosso al Mare is the westernmost and most populous village of the Cinque Terre. It has two parts: Fegina, with the station and the longest beach in the region, where the statue of the Gigante stands, and the old town, with the Gothic church of San Giovanni Battista. Between them, on the hill, is the Convento dei Cappuccini.
