About Mirador Arrayán
Mirador Arrayán is on the path that climbs from the south shore of Lake Lácar. Its position allows you to see the center of San Martín de los Andes, the pier and the opening of the lake between the mountains. It offers a different perspective than the one from Bandurrias, on the other side of the urban area.
The route moves from the urban sector into an ascent with a ripio section. Car, bicycle or hiking require different times and preparation. Do not confuse the first panoramic point on the path with the final destination of the ascent: follow the signs for Arrayán and keep to the main track.
The stop at the viewpoint can be brief, but the travel time must be included in the total tour time. Check visibility conditions and the state of the road before leaving. If you plan to continue on the Circuito Arrayán, arrange your return route; photographing the lake does not require completing the entire circuit.
