The city
Bath is the town of the Termas Romanas and of Georgian architecture, in the Avon valley, in Somerset. The pale-stone centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, brings together the Termas Romanas, the Abadia de Bath, the Pulteney Bridge, the Circus and the Royal Crescent, and the Thermae Bath Spa allows bathing in the thermal water. It is a base for Stonehenge, Lacock and Castle Combe.
