About Viña Indómita
Indómita is the winery that most draws the eye of those passing along Ruta 68: the white building, castle-like, sits atop a hill in the highest part of the valley, at km 64 of the road. Since 2006 it has belonged to the Bethia group and has about 150 hectares of vineyards in Casablanca, as well as areas in the vale do Maipo.
From the terrace you can see much of the valley, with rows of vines on the slopes and the highway traffic down below. The drive up to the building is steep, and the afternoon breeze is usually welcome on hot days.
The winery offers guided visits with tastings, walks and horseback rides among the vineyards. The restaurant serves lunch to pair with the house wines, and the shop sells the full range.
