Trairi – CE Destination Jericoacoara and the West Coast of Ceará

How to get there

From the CE-085, follow Trairi's access roads to the chosen coastal community. Flecheiras, Guajiru, Emboaca and Mundaú each use their own access routes, separate from the arrival to the municipal seat.

How many days

Three days allow you to see the reef landscape of Flecheiras, the community of Guajiru and the stages at Emboaca and Mundaú. Allow additional time if you plan to include a boat trip on the estuary.

When to go

From July to December it usually rains less in Trairi. Rainfall tends to concentrate from February to May. The reefs at Flecheiras and Guajiru change with the tide; between August and January winds usually attract sports enthusiasts.

The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.

Do you need a car?

Guajiru, Flecheiras, Emboaca and Mundaú are different communities. Road transport makes it easier to visit them, and estuary tours have separate boarding points.
