How to get there
The BA-099 is the main route to reach the coast of Entre Rios. Enter via the signposted accesses for Porto de Sauípe, Massarandupió and Subaúma. The municipal seat is inland and should not be confused with the base for visiting the beaches.
When to go
For Porto de Sauípe, choose activities according to the estuary conditions. In Subaúma, check the tide table before visiting the reefs; also consult the current bathing water quality bulletin.
