To reach Rodeio by road transport, plan access from BR-470. The Caminho dos Anjos is located in Ipiranga and requires a local link different from the approach to the town center.
How many days
Allow two days in Rodeio to split time between the Trentino heritage in the center and the outings in Ipiranga. The museum, church and winery have their own opening arrangements, which can change the order of visits.
When to go
A rain-free morning makes walking the Caminho dos Anjos easier, as it follows the hillside. In the center, the interior of the Matriz São Francisco de Assis should be visited at times compatible with worship.
Do you need a car?
Walks can be adequate to view the matriz and part of Rodeio’s center. For Ipiranga and the Vinícola San Michele, consider local transport and don’t assume all points have level access.
