Winter is cold. Avoid Mondays: the Monumento ao Imigrante and the Casa de Pedra are closed that day.
Do you need a car?
Not in the center: the Cathedral is on Praça Dante Alighieri. The Monumento ao Imigrante, the Casa de Pedra and the Réplica de 1885 are in nearby neighborhoods, reachable by taxi or ride-hailing app. For Ana Rech, outside the center, there are city buses and minibuses.
