How to get there
The CE-187 reaches the Ubajara headquarters. Follow the specific access to the park's Centro de Visitantes and arrange in advance the activity and the use of the cable car.
How many days
Allow one day for the park and the Gruta, or two if you want to add a longer authorized hike.
When to go
Rainfall tends to concentrate from January to May, especially in March and April. From July to December it usually rains less, but fog can also affect the viewpoints. Check the conditions of each trail.
The seasons shown are the most usual ones; nature doesn't always follow the calendar.
Do you need a car?
The headquarters and the Centro de Visitantes are connected by a local access road. Combined transport works to get to the park; the cable car and the trails follow the rules of each route.

Compare the effort and logistics of the authorized routes with the conditions of each participant. Long hikes and the visit to the Gruta are not equivalent activities.
Is it possible to use the cable car without doing a long trail?
There is a route from the Centro de Visitantes with descent and ascent by cable car. Confirm the activity and the booking.
