The small beach at the Terminal Turístico operates during the summer season, from December. In May, the month of the town's anniversary, there are festivities. Winter has cold mornings.

Do you need a car?

Not to get there: there are buses from Foz. The Igreja Matriz (main church) is downtown, on Avenida das Nações. For the Terminal Turístico Alvorada de Itaipu, on the lakeshore, a car, taxi or ride-hailing app makes it easier.
