Arrive via the BA-099 and follow Conde’s road accesses to its coastal localities. The system includes the BA-233. Choose the beach that will serve as your base before planning the final route, since Barra do Itariri, Sítio do Conde, Poças and Siribinha have different entrances.
How many days
Two or three days allow you to visit the beach localities in separate outings. A longer schedule can alternate Barra do Itariri, Sítio do Conde, Poças and Siribinha, without trying to cover the whole coastline in the same morning.
When to go
Plan coastal visits according to the forecast, the tide and the most recent bathing-quality bulletin. The Itapicuru estuary changes with the movement of the waters; for walks, choose the access points used by the local community.
Do you need a car?
A car or hired transport makes it easier to move between the four coastal localities of Conde. In each village, the visit to the waterfront can continue on foot. Arrange the return before any outing that involves a boat.

Visit Barra do Itariri, where the river reaches the coast. At another time of day, head to Siribinha and observe the landscape of the Itapicuru estuary. Adjust the choice of walking points to the tide and local orientation.

Where does the Rio Itapicuru appear in the landscape?
The Itapicuru estuary is part of the Siribinha area. The presence of the river adds a landscape different from the stretch of beach in front of the Sítio do Conde core.
Is Poças the same beach as Sítio do Conde?
Poças has its own fishing locality and coastal stretch. To visit it, prepare the specific access route, without using the address of accommodation in Sítio do Conde as the arrival point.
Can I do all the beaches in one day?
The detours between localities reduce the time available to explore each one. For the first visit, choose one or two points per outing and spread the rest over the following days.
How to choose a base on the Conde coast?
Check whether your accommodation is in Barra do Itariri, Sítio do Conde, Poças or Siribinha and compare that location with the tours you want. The municipality name alone does not indicate which beach you will spend the night at.
